I went to Dr. Koning for cervical pain and with the amount of pain that I had, surgery was the only option. I did not want to go thru surgery in my 40s so Dr. Koning suggested steroid shots which helped me a great deal. Thanks for his patience and kindness. Would like to thank his staff too.

Dr. Koning truly listens. I said "one more thing" and he backed up to the counter and waited. Your care is custom to you. There is so much new in Pain Management that does not have to include narcotic drugs. I am now back to doing dog sports with my border collies and and am going on a quilt retreats with my daughter. Several months ago, it was very hard. I had been fighting a losing battle for years with lumbar and now cervical pain. I have osteoarthritis and degenerative disk disease. I don't expect to be completely pain free but I do hope and expect to live my life fully with help from Dr. Koning. I am 72 and I plan to keep on keeping on. Dr. Koning, THANK YOU !

Dr. Koning has been instrumental working with me the past year and two months through raging pain. He is understanding & makes a great effort to aid me through very long-term chronic sciatica, lumbar, buttock, & leg pain terminating at the tip of my big toe..
